Good place with free wi-fi, laundry, and a fitness center. The staff even went out of their way to help me find my lost barrette during my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Gorgeous and terrific hotel located in a fairly nice area short walk to the theme parks, Orlando, affordable restaurants, souiverners, and theme parks. Satisfactory breakfast with waffle irons and good options, for example, reasonably priced...

The breakfast was really good , they switched it up daily so it kept my family interested. The staff were friendly and offered me tips on how to navigate the area while I was there.

It wasn't exactly a bargain , but for the value we got, it was acceptable.

The location is marvellous and comfy, 2 miles from a miss observation wheel. What's more, it's in a good area close to Universal and Seaworld and affordable restaurants and Orlando.

Decent size room, stunning location. Based just off the center of all of the best attractions and events in Orlando, stops and the parks and outlets. Early check in and smooth check out. The shuttle to city, nice pool.

The suites are spacious and comfortable, providing just the right amount of amenities, including a kitchenette and a cozy living area, made my stay very enjoyable to Orlando.

location is excellent if the main objective of the trip is to visit Universal and shopping malls. It saves a LOT of travel time! Maybe it's a little far for Disney. breakfast was excellent! happy hour helped stretch the afternoon into dinner. comfortable rooms, huge suite, always provided with tea and coffee, although some dishes and kitchen utensils were missing. bathroom was immense, impeccable cleanliness. I suggest adding an HDMI cable on the TVs. There is a laundry room with coin operated washer and dryer on the 3rd and 5th floor, essential for long stays and family trips! Applause!

We asked for a quiet room, but it overlooked the pool and grill area. Every night there were people talking loudly until after 10pm. We complained but nothing changed. At the end of the stay, I mentioned it to the hotel, they said they were going to send me an email but they never contacted me.

location is close to Universal Studios' parks. There is a walk of about 20 minutes, bad thing is that it is in full sun and we have spent a lot of heat because we were going precisely to the parks. Cheaper than the Universal Resort hotels. Breakfast is good, with American coffee, waffles that you make yourself, toast, fruit, hot dishes that vary every day: sausages, scrambled eggs, etc. I guess it's the typical American breakfast. Friendly staff. very big room with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. huge and very comfortable bed. small swimming pool but with a very extensive schedule: from 9:00 to 22:00 with a small SPA and little busy. There is also a small gym with treadmills. There is a free buffet from Monday to Thursday from 17:00 to 19:00.

The air conditioning of the common areas. Too cold. It's unpleasant to eat breakfast in this cold.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Universal Studios, making it easy to access the theme parks. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a Universal concierge available for assistance. The breakfast options are plentiful, with both hot and cold choices. the hotel provides a pleasant and convenient stay for guests visiting the nearby Universal Studios theme park.

Nice staff, helped me with some Amazon deliveries and a vacumm cleaner to use with my space bags. Near Universal, restaurants and malls. Nice shower and bed, very large room with a good small kitchen.

Be aware that it's far from Disney (half an hour driving). Pillows a little too soft, and breakfast regular (it's nice to eat waffles, eggs and bagels on the first day, but after a few days you miss some better fruits, integral cereals, turkey breast or ham). Apparently they charge for deliveries before you arrive, so be careful!

The room was spacious with a full kitchen and a comfortable separate living area. Free self-parking was a bonus. The staff greeted us warmly and was helpful throughout our time there. Breakfast featured a good variety that changed daily. I appreciated the quick shuttle service to Universal. There were also occasional unpleasant smells in the hallways. It felt clean and maintained, but a bit more attention to these small details would enhance the experience significantly.

The distance to Universal Studios is 15min walk. The room was good value for the size, cleanliness. TV channels and wifi are good quality. Although we didn't use them, the kitchen is well equipped. The hotel was renovated about 6 months ago so everything is new.

Breakfast is the typical poor quality US hotel breakfast of powdered eggs, cheap pastries and sausage patty. We had bagels and cream cheese every day. The hotel cleaning staff threw out a bag of our food during our daily cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk promptly gave us $30 petty cash reimbursement for the lost goods. The pool is small and overwhelmed with kids playing every day so don't expect your own space to spread out and relax.

The breakfast was really good. They have micky mouse shape waffle :) Also, staff was really nice and helpful. The locatiob is awesome, it is closed to almost everything. It also provided bowls and plates in the room

Internet is really slow and the connection is bad. (Maybe because of the locatiob if my room.)
